The Hill 2000 Neighborhood Association warmly invites local restaurants to participate as food and alcohol vendors at this year’s Italian Heritage Parade & Festa—a vibrant celebration of community,
culture, and cuisine.
By joining us, you not only showcase your business to a lively crowd but also support the neighborhood association’s ongoing efforts. Please complete the application below and submit payment by Friday, September 12, 2025 to secure your spot.
Important Details:
- Vendor Meeting: Tuesday, September 9 at 3 PM, The Hill Neighborhood Center (please mark your calendars)
- Permits: Each vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary City of St. Louis permits (health, alcohol, etc.)
- Provided for Vendors: 2 tables; 2 chairs; One 10×10 tent; Ice, trash service, and beer tubs
- Electricity: Available upon request (please specify below)
- Marketing Support: Your business will receive exposure through Hill 2000’s social media shoutouts, press releases, website recognition, email blasts, and stage announcements during the event
- Space is limited: Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation email upon acceptance and payment.
