Join us for the Hill House Tour on Sunday, June 28 from 1–5 PM, a beloved neighborhood event that celebrates the charm, history and the evolution of homes on The Hill.
This self-guided tour features approximately 10 homes and 6 local businesses, highlighting creative rehabs of classic shotgun and bungalow homes, alongside bold new construction. Each stop showcases what’s possible when an established neighborhood works together to preserve its character while embracing thoughtful growth and renovation.
Guests will experience a variety of unique spaces that demonstrate how existing housing can be transformed while maintaining The Hill’s strong sense of community.

Enjoy Porch Pop-Ups along the House Tour route! Stop at three locations throughout the neighborhood for refreshing batch cocktails, available for a suggested donation.
These pop-ups offer a fun way to sip and stroll as you explore the tour, while supporting the community and adding to the overall experience of the day.
Locations will be marked on the official tour map, be sure to plan your stops along the way!
