Crime Victim Response

Questions arise after a crime. Victims and witnesses often ask: Who do I call?  What information do I need? What happens after I make my report? When in doubt, be proactive and immediately report a concerning situation to the police. After the initial report, be persistent. The following chart contains answers to these questions and more, including your rights when you’re a victim of a crime and contact information for the agencies and individuals with answers to your questions.
